Service
List Lingo provides AI-powered marketing and lead generation tools. Specific features depend on your subscription tier as described on the pricing page.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are month-to-month unless an annual plan is selected.
- You may cancel anytime; the service continues through the end of the billing period.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to sending unsolicited messages in violation of TCPA, discriminating in housing advertising, or impersonating others.
Content ownership
You own the content you create with List Lingo, including AI-generated content. You grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Liability
Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
