List Lingo AI uses artificial intelligence to power conversations, content generation, voice cloning, and automation. We believe AI should be transparent.
When AI is involved
- Web chat widgets identify themselves as AI assistants.
- AI phone agents disclose they are AI on first interaction when asked.
- AI-generated listing videos include a small “AI generated” indicator.
- AI-cloned voices are only created from voice samples submitted by their owners.
Human handoff
Every AI experience includes a clear path to a human. Web chat hands off on request. AI phone agents transfer to a human or schedule a callback. SMS pauses on STOP or when a conversation needs human judgment.
Voice cloning
We only clone voices from samples voluntarily provided by their owner. We do not clone third-party voices. Customers represent and warrant that any voice they upload for cloning is their own (or someone they have express permission to clone).
Data and AI training
We do not train foundation models on your customer conversations. Internal model improvements are limited to anonymized, aggregated patterns and never include identifiable lead data.
